In September 2014 I was lucky to visit IT Weekend and to listen to Slava Pankratov's talk from the Stratoplan school of management. He was standing out from all the others for his charisma and the ability to capture the audience's attention. Since then I regularly saw the ad on Facebook but consistently ignored it. However, some time ago I was on sick leave and once again was scrolling down my news feed and finally decided to leave my email to download Manager's Black Book.
I don't know if it was my mood or the fewer that influenced my brain but, in my opinion, these 18 pages of sharp text are the most honest and truthful lines on personnel management and teamwork I have ever read. It's the pure essence of truth for all and sundry - from business owners to managers at all levels and their subordinates. Everyone will find there something for themselves. This book is a must!
I could quote from the book and highlight interesting thoughts, but there's no need. Each line is well worth citing. It won't take more than an hour for a normal human being to read the book from cover to cover so don't be a lazy-ass, download the book here and enjoy it.
Thanks, that's it.
P.S. The article title was taken from the first line of the first chapter of the book.
P.P.S. Please, don't take this article as an advertisement for Stratoplan since I am not familiar with their lectures and I can't say anything about them.
